Check out the angle of this sweet pie toss. It takes serious skill to hand toss our pie dough, much less to do so over one hundred times a day, and this picture is proof. The great blinding white light emanating from the dough is a good reminder that this pizza is heaven sent. Or if nothing else, its the nectar and ambrosia food of the gods.
